Scrum Master & Agile Coach
What will do you?
You will be working on very challenging security projects for and with our clients throughout the Benelux. As Scrum Master & Agile coach our clients depend on you to implement and configure tailor made and supplier independent Identity & Access Management solutions.
What does this actually mean?
- Coach and facilitate teams and solve any impediment;
- Stimulate continuous improvement and sharing knowledge;
- Optimize communication between teams;
- Setup and monitor transparent progress reporting;
- Align with the Product Owner; and
- Support the organization, implementing the Agile WoW mindset and Scrum framework.
Job requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of IAM & Security in a similar role.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence and/ or Miro
- Knowledge of IAM processes and common used applications (nice to have)
- PSM
- Business proficient level in English and Dutch communication, both verbally and written.
